For years, I had the privilege of working closely with people from very different walks of life.

People navigating profound life transitions.
Each story was unique.
Yet beneath every conversation, every experience and every silence, I kept noticing the same quiet truth.
People weren't simply exhausted.
They were slowly losing their connection with themselves.
They weren't asking for more.
They were searchingfor themselves.
